[2024 Open House] Swing Party
Each year, the highlight of the Weiwuying Open House, the outdoor Swing Party takes the festivities from the hall to the open air. This annual extravaganza at Weiwuying continues to delight audiences with music and a rich array of performances. While we've always had popular singers gracing the stage, this year we're adding a surprising difference: embracing the spirit of mass participation with our Open Call selection process. We're inviting teams from all over to showcase their talents, supporting and promoting their creative and performance energy.
This year's performances will feature a diverse mix of jazz, a cappella, and gothic metal from selected Open Call teams, with award-winning Taiwanese singer Enno CHENG and versatile performer GBOYSWAG also taking the stage!
This Double Tenth Day, with a fresh twist, Swing Party is set to rock the party like never before!

Enno CHENG, a singer-songwriter, actress and writer, has released four albums, Neptune, Pluto, Dear Uranus, and Mercury Retrograde since her debut in 2007. She was one of the members of two Taiwanese indie bands, "Chocolate Tiger" and "Felix Felicis", and also invited to perform worldwide such as SXSW, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. She gave her solo concert at Taipei Music Center in 2022 which was a sell-out show of 5000 people.
Mercury Retrograde marks Enno's new body of work in 2022 which is written in Taiwanese
and collaborated with producer Chunho. They folds multiple influences– electronic, rock with foundation of folklore into an innovative genre of Taiwanese Hokkien song which has been widely appreciated and picked up "Best Taiwanese Album" and "Best Taiwanese Female Singer" of The 34th Golden Melody Awards.
GBOYSWAG

GBOYSWAG, a versatile singer-songwriter, was formerly the DJ of the top rock-electronic band "Magic Power," which was nominated for "Best Band" at the 26th Golden Melody Awards.
At the end of 2016, GBOYSWAG released his first solo all-original album, MAKE IT REAL, for which he handled the lyrics, composition, arrangement, singing, and dancing, making him the first singing and dancing singer-songwriter under B'in Music. His debut album won several newcomer awards. With his distinct musical style and energetic performances, he captivated audiences and was invited to perform at international events such as Summer Sonic, Tomorrowland, and EDC.
In 2019, his second all-original album, Wormhole, was released. This album tells stories that are closest to GBOYSWAG's true self.
In 2023, GBOYSWAG released his third all-original album, Dance Like In Milan, reviving his well-known singing and dancing performances. This album also showcases his transformation from a boy to a man.
GBOYSWAG's friendly image has won the hearts of many people and numerous brands, leading to over a hundred campus performance invitations and lots of endorsement offers. He is nicknamed "the warmest sunshine boy" because fans notice that it turns into a sunny day wherever GBOYSWAG appears.

DonSir is one of Taiwan's few jazz crossover ensembles with the clarinet as the lead instrument. Originally known as the Chang-Chieh, CHANG Quartet, the group officially formed in 2022. Their musical style spans a diverse range of genres, including jazz, classical, pop, Latin, fusion, funk, and world music, showcasing their versatility and expertise in cross-genre adaptations.
In recent years, DonSir has elevated jazz music to new heights through cross-genre collaborations and continuous innovative exploration, inspiring many young music enthusiasts. Their unique musical style and captivating performances have garnered widespread attention and recognition in Taiwan's music scene. They have not only received acclaim at various music events but have also been invited to perform at renowned venues. Their performances have taken them to art centers, national music halls, and music festivals across Taiwan, injecting fresh vitality into the island's music culture.

To Be Continued Vocal Band

To Be Continued Vocal Band was established in September 2020, a unique A Cappella group skilled in pop, rock and electronic music, and sings with rich theatrical elements and dance. TBC Vocal Band performs with strong LGBTQ features, bringing dazzling visual feast besides vocal delight.
TBC has grown its popularity rapidly, especially after its sweeping victory in the most indicative A Cappella competition, the 2023 Taiwan Contemporary A Cappella Competition. With its musicality and histrionic A Cappella style, TBC won the 1st Golden Award, and Awards for the Best Stage Presentation, the Best Lead Singer, and the Best Coach, all led the group to win the Champion Golden Award in the 2023 TIVF - World Contemporary A Cappella Competition.
300ss Theater

Founded in 2016, 300ss Theater has made its mark with a distinctive style rooted in "gothic metal." Merging classical, symphonic, and folk elements, they present vivid storytelling through unique musical theater.
From its early days to growth, establishment, and legacy, 300ss Theater has blended the niche culture of gothic metal with local Taiwanese elements. This fusion reflects their commitment to the spirit and mission of "sustainability for all."
