Audience Guidelines
\n\n\n\n
Late Seating Policy
\n\nAudience members who are late or must leave during the performance need to follow the instructions to reenter the auditorium. Some performances with no intermission cannot guarantee re-entrance after leaving the auditorium. To avoid disrupting the performance and other audience members, seat locations printed on your tickets are not guaranteed after the performance commences. You may relocate to your assigned seats upon intermission.

Program Suitability
\n\nPrograms with general admission may still contain content deemed unsuitable for children. Children under age of 7 are recommended for family performances. Anyone causing distraction to others may be asked to leave the auditorium.

Electronic Devices
\n\nNo camera, video or audio recording is allowed during the performance. All electronic devices or any devices that would make noise should be turned off. Also, using your phone with a lit screen might affect the performers or disrupt audience members from enjoying the program. Please switch off your phone or turn the sound off, and do not use your phone during the performance.

Food and Beverages
\n\nNo food or beverages are permitted inside the auditoriums. Refreshments are available in the lobby. All food and beverages must be consumed in the lobby before entering or returning to the auditorium. Please refer to the designated smoking areas when needed. Should you need assistance, please reach out to our staff.

Presenting Bouquets
\n\nFor safety purpose, if you would like to present a bouquet, please give it to an usher who will deliver flowers to the intended party. For flower baskets, please contact us prior a day to the performance via our service line. We will assist accordingly.

\n\nWeiwuying National Kaohsiung Center of the Arts is situated at Exit 6 of the Weiwuying MRT Station with the wheelchair access elevator.
\n\nIn addition, Weiwuying also provides accessible restrooms, accessible parking spaces, elevators with wheelchair access, wheelchair audience seats, and wheelchair rental services etc.

2.Disabled Ticket Discount (only applicable to Weiwuying programs)

\n\n1 ticket per month per person (up to 2 tickets including the accompanying person); 1 ticket only if not picked up in person.
\n\tTicket booth: Pick up the ticket scheduled for the next month on the second week (Monday to the day before the performance.) of each month between 12 noon to 20:00 at the third floor service center along with the disabled permit and photocopies of the front and back of the permit.
\n\tOnline:
\n\t*Place order: Please logon to the "Weiwuying Free Ticket for the Disabled Section" from www.opentix.life to order the ticket between 12 noon of the second Monday of each month until the day before the performance(23:59).
\n\t*Pickup ticket: Pickup the ticket at the Weiwuying ticket booth one hour before the program starts with your national ID and disabled permit.
Disabled seat and accompanying seat:
\n\t*Opera House: 26 seats (including 8 wheelchair seats, 8 accompanying seats, and 10 disabled seats)

Ticketholders of wheelchair seats must be seated in a wheelchair and the accompanying seat will also be automatically assigned.
\n\tIf tickets for Weiwuying programs are still available on the day of the show, they will be released for free at the ticket booth 30 minutes before the program starts for the disabled guest and one accompanying person with a valid disabledpermit.
\n\tTicketholders of disabled discount tickets must present a valid ID as proof of entrance. Expired, illegible, or without ID documentation are not accepted.

\n\nDiscount ticket (for Weiwuying programs only)
\n\nSenior discount tickets are available for citizens of Taiwan R.O.C above the age of 65 for every Weiwuying program (excluding external and joint programs) with a 50% discount at either the ticket booth or www.opentix.life. Ticketholders of senior discount tickets must present a valid ID to be admitted for entry, otherwise the ticket must be paid in full along with a service fee.
